2. Service Description

The Cicero Digital Florence Tour Guide provides digital, GPS-enabled audio tours of Florence’s iconic landmarks. Users who purchase access are granted a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour license to listen to all audio guide content available on the site. Access is limited to one device per purchase.

3. Access and Use of Service

•    Access to audio guides is granted for a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour period from the time of purchase.
•    Each purchase is non-transferable and cannot be shared across multiple devices.
•    The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Payment

•    The cost of access is €3.50 for a 24-hour period, €4.50 for a 48-hour period, and €5.00 for a 72-hour period.
•    Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our SSL payment system.
•    All payments are non-refundable once access to the Service has been granted.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate access granted, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Please ensure you understand the Service details and verify compatibility with your device before purchasing.

6. Content Ownership and License

All audio guides, descriptions, and materials are the property of Cicero and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for the specified 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour period. Modification, distribution, or reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cicero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any interruptions, technical difficulties, or inability to access content.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected during the use of our Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the policy.
